We are reminded of several-century-long presence of Jewish people in Nowy Sącz by monuments left by this community. Some of them are still visited by Jewish visitors from all over the world – the synagogue, the cemetery and Bajs Nusn prayer house. Others serve different purposes today, like former hospital at Kraszewskiego str. or the seat of Quahal. Walking down the streets of Nowy Sącz, we also pass buildings that witnessed the Annihilation of the Jewish community of our town.
